Canceling Standard Service

• 1). Call HD Publishing Group, which owns Net Detective, at 386-736-3881, or email the HD Publishing Group support group at support@hdpublishing.com and order a refund request form. To receive a refund, you must order the refund request form within 90 days of purchase.
  
  
• 2). Print and fill out the refund request form that was emailed to you.
  
  
• 3). Scan and send the form back to support@hdpublishing.com or mail it to following address:

  Once the form is received, they will cancel your subscription, issue a refund and an automated confirmation email will be sent from HD Publishing Group to the email address associated with the subscription.
  
  

Canceling Other Services

• 1). For plus service subscribers, call 1-800-853-9773 for customer service. The Plus service is a month-to-month plan. You can cancel future charges, but they will not refund you for the months (including the current month) you already paid for.
  
  
• 2). For free three-day introductory offer subscribers, call 1-800-853-9773 for customer service. Call within three days to cancel your introductory offer, or Net Detective will charge the full amount of the service.
  
  
• 3). For $9.95 30-day introductory offer subscribers, call 1-800-853-9773 for customer service. Call before the end of the 30 days to cancel the introductory offer, or Net Detective will charge you every 30 days.
