Compatibilty

• According to the official FAQ to support Monogram Wizard Plus, the software was designed for and fully compatible with Windows 98, 2000, XP and Vista. The minimum system requirements are very basic: 32 MB of RAM and a Pentium 166 or higher; almost every computer that exists meets these requirements.
  
  

Patches

• The first release of Monogram Wizard Plus has several bugs that prompted the programmers to release a patch. The patch is available from the developer's website, and resolves a known issue in Windows XP that stops communication with an embroidery device. The patch can only be applied while the program is shut down.
  
  

Acrobat Issues

• Users with Windows XP are asked to ensure that their system is running the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat. This is a requirement in order to view the user's manual as well as the program's help files.
