How to Draw Charizard
- 1
Step 1
Draw a cone shape leaning to the right for Charizard's ear. Add two black lines onto the cone. One line should be at the top of the cone and half-way across and the other should be halfway down the cone and one-fourth across. - 2
Step 2
Create a line curving down from the cone on the right side. Draw a line coming up from the cone at an angle on the left side to define the forehead. Draw a "C" shape extending from the forehead line and draw another line, going down, coming from the end of the "C" shape. This will finish the forehead. - 3
Step 3
Continue the forehead line with a wide "V" shape that curves into a wide "C" shape for the nose. The "C" will curve into a second wide "V" shape to define the jawbone area. This shape will end with a large "C" shape, as shown in the illustration. Draw a very small "V" shape at the end of the line for jaw definition. - 4
Step 4
Make the face. Draw the eye as a pointed oval right under the forehead line. Color in half of the eye and add a curved line to the inside of the eye for detail. Add two dots for the nose and a curved line for the mouth. Add an up-side-down triangle for a tooth on the bottom of the mouth. - 5
Step 5
Finish Charizard by drawing a curved line coming down from the right side of the jaw for a neck.
