Understanding Auras.

22
In modern psychic understanding the principle of the Aura is one that is fairly fundamental to psychic powers. It's our link to spiritual planes and guides psychics in gaining deeper understandings of others. But what exactly is and Aura and how did we come by the knowledge that lets us read them so readily.

To understand the ideas behind our Auras we need to look back at their roots, and for the modern understanding that's means looking at the links to the Chakra. Chakra is Sanskrit for "spinning wheel of energy". It's the idea that we all have various 'energy centres' with in us and can alter, transmit and receive via these centres. Each of these 'energy centres' is associated with a part of the body, seven areas in total, each represented by a different colour of energy. The centres can be channelled to promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

The line between the Chakra and the modern understandings of Auras is obvious when you learn the fact that Auras too focus on seven types of energy. An Aura is a direct representation of your body's psychic energy, emitted by your life force. It radiates a corona of energy around you and an understanding of the seven colours can let you read a persons mental, emotional and physical state. It is worth noting though that because of the constantly shifting nature of Auras only Psychics with many years of training can fully understand them. The following is a list of the seven energy types to give you a glimpse of what can be interpreted.

Purple represents the spiritual. It's one of the trickiest to see, as spiritual thoughts tend to only occur briefly as flashes of consciousness, and often manifests as flames.

Blue is the indicator of balance. It's obviously one of the most desirable colours for an Aura as it represents calm and relaxation, it's also linked with psychic communication.

Turquoise is representative of dynamism. It's shows a very energetic personality and most likely someone who is highly influential.

Green is a representation of natural healing energy. Most likely occurring in Doctors and keen Gardeners that aura promotes relaxation, growth and healing.

Yellow is, as you would expect, a joyful colour. Most likely it'll show someone with a free spirit. A yellow aura is linked to someone who has found spiritual enlightenment.

Orange represents power. It often manifests in a person as a desire to control, or on the positive side it represents inspiration.

Red is the final colour, and most often represents pre-occupation of the material world. Be that a want of material goods or a preoccupation with their physical bodies.
