Kelly is impatient in the hospital and Marcy and Ron are still there too. Kevin brings Kelly coffee but she runs past him when she sees Michael. He tells them that it is appendicitis. They can't sign the consent for surgery being they are not his parents. Al comments to Luna that he is doing something good, but she tells him that the little boy does not need surgery so he better stop him now.

Lindsay tells RJ that he is shopping for someone special and he says that he doesn't always treat her that way.

He asks her how much she hates Nora. She asks him how much he hates Antonio. He says that she changed. She asks him if he has. He says he is buying it for Evangeline and she represented Antonio so what does that tell her. She says that being a grandfather has done him some good. They wish each other happy holidays. She says after he leaves that she wishes her little girl would let her help her.

Jen walks into Ultra Violet in time to see Rex and the blonde girl talking very closely. He tells her that he is getting over someone when she feels that he is uninterested. Asa tells Flash that her song was the best present he?s gotten. She cries. He tells her to be nervous about the music box killer. Bo assures him that she has the best policemen on her trail. Rex comes over and declares the talent break over so Bo and Asa leave.

Gabrielle is helping Matthew open his present from her. She sees Al in front of her at that age and cries. She hugs Matthew.

Al tells Michael to talk to a supervisor before operating.

He does. The other doctor goes to check the boy out. He asks Kelly and Kevin what he was doing earlier. She says that he seemed really hungry so they fed him and he ate a lot of candy. Suddenly his temperature dropped to 99. He tells them that kids can sometimes get high fevers out of nowhere. His stomach hurts because he over ate. He tells them to take him home and no more food tonight. Michael apologizes for worrying them but he didn't want to take any chances. He also apologizes to Marcy for acting like a jerk. He says that the job gets to him sometimes. She looks at him differently now. Al is happy because him seeing Ron and apologizing counts as a good thing. Luna tells him there is one more thing he has to do. He says what now. She tells him to close his eyes. A little girl in white tells him that he did a good job. Three good deeds. She reminds him that he only has until Valentines Day to make Marcy fall in love with him. He says whatever she says. He promises he is going to do everything right. She tells him he better or she won't get to live in the world. He is confused. He wants to know who she is. She says her name is Gabrielle; she is named after her grandmother. If he gets Marcy to fall in love with him, she is his daughter.

Roxy is taking pictures with a camera Viki bought her. Viki is posing for her in a boa scarf that Roxy got her. She still didn't find her ring. Roxy sees John and Nat together and makes them pose for a picture. He says he is going to leave because Bo is not going to get there any time soon. Natalie tells him to stay. David comments on the mistletoe and tells Dorian he is not kidding this time. She says why fight it. The spirit of the night starts telling a story about a Christmas miracle at Saint James church. A young woman wished for a baby. He wonders where that little boy would be if someone didn't put him in a manger and people that wished so hard for a baby hadn't found him.

Bo gets to Asa's and Kelly and Kevin are there with the little boy. Bo asks who the kid is and he answers his name is Jesus.

Al is watching Michael sleep. He is optimistic about doing everything right this time so he and Marcy can have their little Gabrielle. He goes into Michael?s body. Marcy and Ron leave to go to Llanfair. Al looks into glass and sees Michaels face. He wonders how he can get into the Llanfair party. He says Ben Davidson.
