    • 1). Lunges

      This is a great exercise that you can do anywhere. You can do them even in your restroom. Do 60 leg lunges on each side.

    • 2). Clench and Release

      This exercise can be done while you are sitting. Sit in your chair and clench your muscle in each cheek for 60 times. After you are done you can clench both cheeks together. Excellent way to keep your bottom firm.

    • 3). Standing Leg Lifts

      Stand behind a chair and use it for balancing. Raise your leg behind you as you bend slightly forward. Do 60 standing legs lifts on each side.

    • 4). Inner thigh Toner.

      Stand up with your feet spread apart and your toes pointed away from your body. Slowly bend your knees and then lift back up. Do 60 of these to tone your inner thighs and legs.

    • 5). Walk up the stairs.

      If you have a stairway at home or work, walk the steps. Challenge yourself every day to go further or do more steps. This is a great exercise for your your lower body and it's a great cardio exercise for your heart.
