    • 1). Make sure the right pedal of the bike is pushed forward: This will help you to exit the trick safely.

    • 2). Place your left foot on the left front peg of the BMX bike.

    • 3). Place your right foot on the left rear peg of the BMX bike. Both hands should be on the handlebars of the bike.

    • 4). Shift your weight onto your left foot, removing your right foot from the rear peg.

    • 5). Rotate the handlebars 180 degrees clockwise as you shift your weight. Your body should rotate around the front of the bike to the right side of it. Keep your left foot on the same peg it started from.

    • 6). Ride out of the trick by letting the bike slow down, then swinging your right leg to help get enough leverage to turn the handlebars back counterclockwise again. Once you're about halfway there, squeeze the front brakes and keep turning the handlebars until you can swing your right leg over the bike, sit down, and seat your feet on the pedals.
