How to Convert to HHO
- 1). Disconnect your car battery from the vehicle. Turn the positive terminal handle in a counter-clockwise motion and remove it. Keep it away from the battery for the time being for safety reasons.
- 2). Cut seven 3-inch long, 1/2-inch wide portions from a steel plate or plates with a hacksaw. Use an electric hand drill with a 1/4-inch drill bit attached to create holes in the steel that you just cut.
- 3). Drill two holes into the top of the generator's PCV plastic container to secure your steel plates. The steel plates will be housed inside of this item and will need to be held in place in order to properly operate. Tighten the two nylon bolts into the holes with a wrench.
- 4). Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda with water. Test the mixture out by inserting a plastic spoon into it to see if it will contain bubbles. Use a lighter in an open area to check whether it will burn. If it does, you can then add it to the HHO generator.
- 5). Screw the cap onto the PVC plastic container. Connect the PVC plastic tubing to the air intake hose so that you can connect it inside your car. Connect the battery cables to the terminals, then start your car.
- 6). Take your car for a test run to ensure that it operates properly.
