Cellulite can develop from injury as well as lack of blood flow in the regions so the region in consideration either has ruptured veins or blood vessels or a slow rate of blood flow. This attracts free radicals which start the actual damage to the fatty layers under the skin. The binding of the fats gets detangled and gives an impression of looseness or hanging and ultimately results in localised spots of hot and cold flesh lumps.

Rectify the problem- Cellulite treatment can have two parts. One that concerns lifestyle changes and is the best cellulite treatment as it does not ask for any foreign intrusion into the body for cellulite removal but needs only patience, diet control and regular properly directed exercise regime. Since this demands lot of time and patience many leave the process midway and so spoil the good already done.

The last two are the most effective. LASER and Liposuction. The heat of laser rays are used here to burn the fat and also taut the skin but other heat used methods but the cost here is much higher and like all other a little uncertainty is there.

Liposuction is more convincing as it removes fat mechanically and is more permanent than others but here money concerned is also quite high.

The choices anyone makes depend on many factors like willingness, financial condition, patience and so each method has its own proponents.
