Alright, now because my friend is bringing her daughter with her, and kids don't always eat vegetables, green things, might not have a lot of luck with the cucumber sandwich. So this, I actually, I didn't even come up with this. This was something I was delighted to find when I had the pleasure of having high tea at the Park Plaza in New York. And they had, I have a younger sister, and at the time she must have been, oh, about eight years old. And, they had just for her, just for kids, a special, what they called the Eloise tea. So anybody who has kids, they might know Eloise, a girl that lives in the Park Plaza. So, it was a selection of sandwiches that were particularly kid-friendly. So I thought, I'll use that idea for today, just in case she doesn't want to eat the cucumber sandwiches. So I?m just going to do a very basic peanut butter and banana. Lightly slice that. I mean, you can make tons of varieties of sandwiches, actually beyond what we did. Come up with some really unusual combinations. How about a cheddar and chutney, or you could do apricot marmalade with, let's see, another sharp cheddar, a sharper cheese. Another good idea for kids, you could do, of course, peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter and banana, but how about what I really liked when I was growing up was cream cheese and jam. So, finish cutting this up and she's going to have her own little sandwiches just in case she doesn't like the ones I've prepared for the adults.
