How to Draw Anime People Fighting
- 1). Draw the head of the fighting character on the right. Draw an oval with a pointed bottom. Draw a line down the circle to represent the center of the face. This gives you a reference for where the character is looking. Typically, the line should rest just to the right side of the left edge of the face. This creates a character who is looking towards the left, at the character he is fighting.
- 2). Add a line representing the spine. Draw the line from the bottom of the head, towards the ground. The spine should curve towards the left so that his body is turned towards the enemy on the left.
- 3). Extend the lines of the spine into lines that represent legs. The long, thin legs bend at the knees. Draw the legs so that they bend towards the left. The front leg should rest behind the body while the back leg rests in front of the body. If desired, draw the front leg so that it is about to kick.
- 4). Draw the shoulders under the head. Draw a short line parallel to the line of the spine. The line should rest in front of the line of the spine. Extend the neck into narrow shoulders. Draw a curved horizontal line just under the neck. The line should extend just beyond the right and left edges of the face. Extend the front shoulder into an arm. The upper arm should extend downwards, moving slightly forwards. Bend the arm at the elbow and draw a forearm that extends forwards and upwards. Draw a hand that is curled into a fist or flat as if about to shove.
- 5). Extend the lines of the spine into a wide body. Draw the edges of the torso on the right and left side of the spine.
- 6). Add facial features. Extend the center of the front of the face into a nose. Under the nose, draw a short, flat line for the mouth. Above the nose, draw a squinted eye. Draw a flattened oval with a circle inside it. Draw a flat eyebrow over the eye.
- 7). Draw the other fighting characters using the same technique and style.
