How to Fry Shrimp
- 1). Thaw the shrimp if it's frozen. Put two cups of flour in a plastic zipper bag.
- 2). Fill a saucepan one-third of the way with oil and place on a burner on medium heat.
- 3). Remove the shells of the shrimp by pinching the tail with your thumb and forefinger. Gently pull the tail. Throw out the shell.
- 4). Wash the shrimp off, then put them in the plastic bag with the flour. Zip the bag shut and shake. Put the shrimp in the oil once the oil is hot.
- 5). Fry the shrimp until they turn golden brown. Put paper towels on a plate. Remove cooked shrimp with a slotted spoon. Let the excess oil drip off the shrimp before put the shrimp on the plate.
