Choosing a Name For A Dog or Cat

As someone who runs a Pet Dog ID Tag website, I have a great insight into the most popular pet names. The name you choose to give your new pet will say so much about you and your pet. Choosing the perfect name for your new addition to your family can also be a great opportunity to show the world how inventive you are and make them wish they had thought of that name! Just think back to the last couple of dog names you heard. Did they suit the pets personality, did they stand out, were they original and was there meaning behind them?

You have to remember that you will be calling out this name for, hopefully, many many years. What you find cute now could change over the years and remember, you will be calling it out in public with other people listening! Also you must take into consider the power a name has.
