Are Club Nintendo Pin Numbers Unique to Each Game?
- Each copy of a game published by Nintendo features a unique Club Nintendo PIN. Gamers can enter the code one time on the Club Nintendo website for credit.
- Club Nintendo was introduced as a loyalty program in Japan. The program was expanded to Europe in 2002 before becoming available in North America in 2008.
- Each Nintendo Console starting with the DS features a Club Nintendo PIN. Gamers who purchase a DS, DS Lite, Wii or DSi receive a PIN.
- Every time you enter a PIN, you receive credit in the form of digital gold coins that can be redeemed for prizes such as posters, game cases and trading cards.
- Club Nintendo applies only to products produced by Nintendo. A game for the Nintendo DS published by Square Enix does not offer a Club Nintendo PIN. Eligible products have the Nintendo icon printed on the box.
