Getting Ripped in the Shortest Amount of Time

20
All the people who strive to perfect their bodies and build ideal bodies know how important it is to keep your fat levels as low as possible.
Keeping your fat levels as low as possible or being ripped has many aesthetic benefits.
First of all there is something called an optical illusion when it comes to bodybuilding and reaching your ideal body shape.
The optical illusion in this sense basically means that you can have 14" arms that look a lot bigger than 16" just because they are sitting on a smaller frame with less fat.
This can be hard for us to understand, but I have seen this theory in the real world many times and it really surprises you.
The next benefit is that once you attain really low levels of fat, your muscles will look a lot harder and it will almost be as though they are cut in stone.
This will give you a super athletic look and the hardness can be seen even when you are wearing your clothes.
Last but not least, you will not be able to have the very desirable six pack or 8 pack if you are really hardcore, unless you have low levels of fat.
All these benefits of having a low percentage of fat has made becoming ripped something most males strive for.
The number one key to getting ripped is to eat less calories than you burn throughout the day, however you want to eat the right type of calories so you don't lose too much muscle in the process of shedding the fat.
It is important to get a lot of protein as these are the building blocks for your muscles.
The great thing about protein is that 30% of the calories they contain are actually burned automatically in the process of digestion and therefore you can eat a lot of them before you've had too much.
Despite common belief carbohydrates are not as bad as everyone wants us to think, especially not when it comes to building and keeping muscle.
Without sufficient levels of carbohydrates you will get a very flat look and your muscles will not look bulgy or vascular.
Last but not least you want to eat sufficient levels of fat and preferably healthy fats.
By not eating fats you will actually stop the fat burning process and it will take you a lot longer to get completely ripped.
