Use a Releasing Agent

• Spray the inside of the press with a releasing agent (like that used for baking), before making each patty.The spraying will add to the time it takes to make each patty, and could add to the greasiness of the burger.
  
  

Use Plastic Wrap

• Place the press on a clean, flat surface and drape a sheet of plastic cooking wrap over the well that receives the hamburger. Place the burger in the well, then drape another piece of plastic wrap over the meat. Press the hamburger into a patty, then grasp the edge of the wrap under the patty to quickly pop-out the burger.
