Natural gas will be far too difficult since it will have to be set up for each heater.

If the heaters come with the tanks attached, propane heaters will be the most portable option of all fuel sources.
If you have to get your own tanks, electric heaters will be easiest, but you will have to deal with the cords.
If done right, these can be placed out of the way.
Another option to consider are table top heaters.
These are like patio heaters but don't quite put off as much heat as they are a bit smaller.
If it's an outdoor event around tables, these types of heater would work perfectly and would be completely out of the way.
