Nordic Ware Egg Poacher Directions
- 1). Wash the Nordic Ware egg poacher by hand in hot water and liquid dish-washing soap before the first use. Dry thoroughly.
- 2). Spray each cup lightly with nonstick baking spray.
- 3). Pour 2 tsp. of water into each cup.
- 4). Crack an egg into each cup. Pierce each yolk with a toothpick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5). Snap the Nordic Ware egg poacher closed and place in the microwave.
- 6). Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Open the egg poacher carefully and check for doneness (the yolks should be set).
- 7). Rotate the egg poacher 90 degrees and return to the microwave if the eggs are not done. Cook for another 30 seconds. Continue checking at 30-second intervals.
- 8). Remove the Nordic Ware egg poacher from the microwave and open it carefully. Invert onto a plate and serve on toast or a bed of lettuce.
