Many will tout the idea that natural remedies will not work or they are not as effective as prescription drugs do, but they do work.
Of course prescription medications do work; there are many risks when taking them constantly.
Some people have to take pain pills two or three times a day and that is not good on the organs.
Just because your doctor recommends a certain pain pill does not mean it is good for you, nine times out of ten it is not.

When you start taking these natural remedies for arthritis pain, be patient, it will take a while to get them working in the body.
These will take time to build up in the body as this is the way they work.
Be sure to take the supplement every day, usually at the same time.
You can take them by pills, capsules or liquid.
Do not give up, they will work, just give them time, usually about a month and you should start feeling better.
Another good way to help with your arthritis pain is to eat properly and when able exercise.
Eat your lean protein, nuts, beans, whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables.
If your arthritis pain is in the knees take caution when doing any type of exercise.
