Get Radical with The Charm Bracelt Betting System

26

Ever wear a charm bracelet? It’s made up of lots of small trinkets around a nice center piece. That’s how the Charm Bracelet wagering system works: you bet with a small piece at a time, and go for big wins instead of trying to make just a few dollars!

Gamblers have been trying to figure out a winning system for betting their hard-earned money at casinos for years. When roulette was the most popular gambling game in the world and the rich flocked to Monte Carlo to try their luck at the tables of chance, there were dozens of crazy systems invented to beat the odds.

None of them worked.

If you’ve ever tried the Martingale wagering system, you know it works most of the time. And, you also know that the one time it doesn’t work, your loss wipes out most (or all) of your previous winnings. That’s a fact, and that’s a shame, because wagering systems are so much fun. That’s why people play systems like the Labouchère and the Pivot.

A man nicknamed the Colonel used his own system for forty-years at Harrah’s in Reno, wreaking havoc on the craps games when it worked, but just adding to his overall loss when it didn’t. But what if there was a more elegant system of wagering that didn’t risk the whole bucket of oysters on a final spin, or a single turn of the cards? Enter the Charm Bracelet.

The Beauty of the Charm Bracelet

There are only two groups of casino players who have been able to repeatedly make money over the long run: professional poker players, and professional card counters. This is because they are using skill and wagering techniques to win, not just a mathematical wagering system.

Each group knows they will hold winning and losing hands, and each will try to bet more when they have the best of it. That’s the key. And, they know that they will make a certain amount of money based on their average bet times their length of play.

For players who want to use a wagering system (and some blackjack card counters do), you can use the Charm Bracelet and have some awesome nights at the casino. How much you can win is based on your nerve and your luck (as it is with most systems), but you’ll find that after playing dozens of sessions, your results are likely to be much better than they were when you were wagering the same amount all the time.

The house has the edge, so they are happy to have you bet the same $10 each hand. Eventually they will grind you down, stomp your dreams, and send you away, but not with the Charm Bracelet. Here’s how it works:

Take your bankroll and break it into five parts, like little charms off your bracelet, and only buy-in for one-fifth at a time. Choose your favorite game, and figure you will be much more aggressive and systematic with each charm. As an example, let’s put your evening bankroll at $500, so you have five $100 buy-ins. And, let’s set the game as blackjack. You know basic strategy, so the house edge is only about ½ of a percent.

In this example you have $100 in table stakes. Your first bet is $10 (10-percent), and if you lose you’ll stay at $10 until you lose the whole $100 or you crest $100. The first time you are over $100 you add $5 to your bet. Every time you win, add $5 to your bet. Don’t drop your wager until you lose a bet. When you do lose one, make your bet approximately 10-percent of your table stakes rounded to the next highest $5 increment.

When you get to $150 start bumping winning wagers by $10; at $250 bump them by $15; at $350 pump them by $20. Continue with this play until have $500 in front of you, doubling night's bankroll ($500). If you drop to $100, you'll be starting over with $10 wagers. Quit when you get to that $500 or drop to zero.

When either of these things happens, start over with a new charm ($100). Never risk more than the original five parts and the most you can lose is $500. And, if even one of your plays results in a $500 win, you’ll at least break-even for the night! Sometimes players adjust this plan by just trying to get to $250 with each start. Others keep playing even after reaching $500.

In this case, when you have won $500, pocket $100 and keep playing with the $500 – it’s all profit now, so go wild. Bet 10-percent of your chips each hand, and raise your wager by one-quarter after each winning hand. Obviously the better a player you are, the better results you will have, but in the long run, wagering more when you are winning will show a much greater profit than staying with a flat bet. Keep in mind that just a single good run can pay for dozens of bad ones!
