Many people like to talk about the 'how' of online business. How to do this, and and how to do that. But in my opinion, the most important thing about online success is not 'how' but 'why'. Your 'why' will determine how far you go in this business. If your 'why' is strong enough, you will naturally find out the 'how' to make your business succeed.

You see, although you can do whatever you want if you own your own home business, the reality is that you have to work to bring in an income! Especially in the beginning. There is no getting away from it. If you want to build an automated business, you still have to put in that foundation in the beginning to make it all happen.

The real reason why people don't succeed online is not because they use the wrong tactics or the wrong strategies. The reason is because their 'why' is not strong enough! They don't have a strong enough desire to quit their day job, or they somehow still don't believe in the viability of an online business, although everywhere on the Internet, people are actually doing what they want with their Internet business. Or they believe everything online is a scam. I have come across numerous people like that. Unfortunately, they let their overwhelming skepticism prevent them from doing anything productive. All they do is complain and it's no wonder nothing happens for them. The reason is because they still probably believe a job is the sure path to financial freedom.

So I want to draw a line in the dirt right now, so to speak. What is your 'why'? Is it to create a serious online business so you will have time and financial freedom? Or are you just 'playing'? Do you believe there is money to be made online or do you believe everything is a scam? Answer yourself truthfully, and come up with the reason why you want to work from home.
