Bingham "Bing" Hawn Bellamy was born to Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy on July 9, 2011. Bing's birth was a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) as Hudson had a cesarean section with her older son, Ryder. Ryder is the son of Hudson and Black Crows singer, Chris Robinson. This is Bellamy's first child.

Bellamy and Hudson announced their pregnancy in January 2011. By April, Hudson was sporting her engagement ring.
