Building Muscle Quickly and Properly

THE TRUTH IS, most people spend hours upon hours slogging it out in the gym looking for some sort of miraculous miracle to stimulate quick muscle growth.
Does it work? In most cases the answer is NO!!!...
Unless your are taking all sorts of expensive Anabolic steroids which have numerous negative effects to your health.
The key to muscle growth is not how much time i.
e Frequency, you spend in the gym but how much Intensity your workouts involve.
I personally am a great believer in the principle of intensity over any other and after years of training and experimenting with different methods of training there is no doubt in my head that i can get better muscle growth with spending minimum time in the gym incorporating training methods which are high in intensity.
My workouts these days have me in and out of the gym in 20-30 minutes maximum and i have visible results weekly in terms of increase in both strength and muscle mass.
Some key aspects are to aid your quick muscle growth process are: 1.
Exercise choice- Use exercises which are compound i.
e multi joint movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Shoulder press, Bench press and Barbell Rows.
These should be the basis of your workout will isolation exercises i.
e single joint coming after.

Proper form- This aspect for me is one of the most important by far.
To many people have bad form when performing resistance based exercise and then wonder why they get little results...
If you don't lift properly...
then don't lift at all!! Incorrect form leads to little chance of success and bigger chance of injury.
3.
Variation- Again, this is very important when stimulating muscle growth.
Our body is an amazing machine and therefore it is important to keep challenging and giving it something else to think about.
So, I recommend changing your method e.
g Pyramids, supersets, pre exhaust, giant sets amongst others.
Changing your method of training relieves the boredom of doing the same thing over and over again.
You should also look to change your exercises from time to time which again help promote new muscle growth by shocking the muscle.
Progression- No matter what method or exercises you use the bottom line is that you must be striving for progression.
This principle comes in the form of increasing weight, reps, sets and decreasing rest periods between sets and exercises.
once again, proper form is imperative so make each reps as intense as possible especially in the eccentric phase of the exercise i.
e the lowering of the weight.
Dont wait about folks, the body you want is right around the corner and its just a matter of going and getting it.
