Tip #1 Find out when you are most fertile and make sure to have intercourse on those days.
As this is not always easy to determine when you are ovulating, starting to track your cycle will help you find that fertile window.
One way to pinpoint ovulation is to get an ovulation kit from the store.
The added advantage of these kits is that they can tell you within 24-48 hours that the egg is being released so that you can make sure that plenty of sperm are already in place before the egg appears.
This greatly increases the chances of conceiving quickly.
There are a couple of other ways to track when you will be ovulating using your calendar and knowing when ovulation occurs that you can also do that can be as effective, but the kit can make it much easier to tell.

Tip #3 Get healthy and stop any bad habits you may have - like smoking, drinking or using drugs.
These have been proven to affect fertility and make it much harder to get pregnant or carry a healthy pregnancy to term.
They have a negative, even harmful affect on your health and the health of your baby.
The best time to prepare for having your baby is before you actually get pregnant, as changing your lifestyle to improve your overall health can also make it easier to get pregnant, to keep the pregnancy and helps ensure having a healthy baby.
