Professional haulers generally use very large horse trailers, and that can allow them to move each individual horse for a reasonable cost. While costs vary, this option is definitely worth checking out. Just be sure to check the reputation of the hauler carefully before entrusting your horse to the company. Check with the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints against the hauler, and check with their home state to make sure the company holds all required licenses.
