This helps to prevent uric acid crystals forming, and, helps your kidneys remove uric acid from your body.
(2) - Eat 30 to 40 cherries x 3 times a day during an attack.
They have natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
(3) - Take bromelain supplements.
Bromelain (extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant) acts like NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and so helps reduce inflammation and pain.
