How to Stop Printing in Vista
- 1). Access the print job information box by clicking on the printer icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your Vista screen. The printer icon only appears after you have sent a job to your printer. A box pops up showing you the current print jobs.
- 2). Select the print job you want to cancel by clicking on the title. This highlights the print job.
- 3). Cancel the print job by right-clicking on the highlighted print job and selecting "Cancel." Select "Yes" when prompted to verify that you want to cancel the print job. Your print job disappears from the printer's job list.
