Curing Insomnia Without Medication
From time to time, everyone will suffer from insomnia.
You might find yourself having it when you are worrying about an exam, if you are unwell, or if you have something on your mind.
Normally this passes and you are soon back to your usual sleeping pattern, but sometimes it can become a real problem.
Not being able to sleep at night can drive you mad and make you feel tired, drained, irritable and unable to function.
When this goes on for some time it can make you desperate for a good nights sleep, so you turn to sleeping pills in the hope of curing insomnia.
I was in this position last year, I was going through a messy divorce and couldn't seem to unwind, my problems were constantly going round and round in my head and sleeping became virtually impossible.
I was at my wits end.
My doctor prescribed me sleeping pills but they made me feel like a zombie and I still didn't feel rested even after taking them.
I tried herbal tablets but they were no use and I was beginning to think that I would never get a decent night's sleep again! Then a good friend of mine told me about "Sleep Tracks" a set of audio CDs that were created to help people suffering from insomnia get to sleep at night.
Initially I was sceptical, after all if prescription strength pills didn't help me what use would an audio CD be? On the first night I used the Insomnia buster CD and found that in less than an hour I had fallen asleep (although I didn't realise this until the next morning!).
Now I regularly use the audio CDs when I have trouble sleeping and have found that curing insomnia is much easier than I thought - all thanks to "Sleep Tracks".
