How to Reinstall a Self-Cleaning Filter in a Frigidaire Dishwasher
- 1). Remove the cylinder filter, located in the bottom of the dishwasher near the front. Check for any large debris or food items and discard. Rinse with clean water and set aside.
- 2). Gently pull up on the rotating dishwasher spray arm to remove from the dishwasher.
- 3). Lift the filter housing from the bottom of the dishwasher.
- 4). Rinse the filter with clean water until the water runs clear. Set the filter housing back in the bottom of the dishwasher.
- 5). Push the spray arm back into position in the bottom of the dishwasher. Set the cylinder filter back into place.
