Golf Facilities

• Dale Hill Course, the hotel's original 1973 golf course, caters to golfers of all abilities. Its front nine holes are set in rolling parkland, while the back nine's wooded terrain appeals to more experienced players. The new course, built and designed to USGA standards in 1997 by golf legend Ian Woosnam, challenges any player. • Dale Hill Hotel has 35 rooms, each with private bath and shower facilities. Guest rooms accommodate one to four people, with one twin bed, one double bed, two twin beds or two double beds. Extra beds and cribs are available for larger families. Each room is equipped with a TV, a radio, a hairdryer and tea and coffee service. Insider tip: Rooms on the southern side of the Dale Hill Hotel tend to be more spacious and have the best views of the Wealden Valley.

The hotel's upscale Wealden Restaurant, which offers lovely views of the fairway and Wealden Valley, features gourmet meals including lamb, pheasant, sea bass and other seafood dishes, along with an extensive wine list. The banquet suite has a capacity of 200 people, while the dining room can accommodate a catered lunch or dinner for 140 guests. The hotel's Fairway Room features theater-style seating for up to 35 people. Other conference rooms and boardrooms are available for smaller groups.
