The Chapel is operated by Reverend Anthony (Tony) Talavera and his wife, Lutricia Ann (Lou Ann) Talaver. Reverend Talavera is a licensed minister by the State of Louisiana. His wife Lou Ann, serves as the co-manager of the Wedding Chapel and is the staff photographer. Lou Ann also does "Destination Wedding Planning." The chapel is located at 333 Rue Burgundy in the French Quarter of New Orleans.

The French Quarter Wedding Chapel is open 24/7 and can handle weddings that are planned well in advance or on the spur of the moment. They offer complete packages that start at $450.00. The French Quarter Wedding Chapel services includes every thing you need from the marriage license, flowers, food, drink, chairs, flowers, to photography.

The chapel has one interesting feature. It has been a custom for both the bride and groom to sign their new names on a dollar bill and attach it to the ceiling. But, it's not just dollar bills that adorn the ceiling. The chapel’s ceiling has money from around the world among other forms of payment methods including; a maxed out credit card, a money order, a personal check, a direct deposit payroll check that has no value, Iraqi money, an Australian bill made out of plastic, Pesos, Euros, money from Honduras, Guatemala and many other countries.

here's also a bill from a part of the old Russia, Kazakhstan, which is not even allowed out of the country. For one of those "only in New Orleans" moments, the chapel has even has an authentic shrunken dollar bill. Since the ceilings in the chapel are 13 feet high, the trick is to reach it.
