How to Wash a Leather Couch
- 1). Wipe dust from the leather couch with a dry cloth. Spray the cloth with a dust removing spray and wipe it over the top, back and cushions.
- 2). Wet a clean cloth with water. Squeeze out the excess water from the cloth. You want the cloth damp, not wet.
- 3). Wipe the cloth over the entire leather surface. Remove the cushions from the couch. Wipe the cloth over all sides of the cushions.
- 4). Dry the leather after washing with a lint-free cloth, wiping all moisture from the leather material.
- 5). Spray a clean cloth with leather conditioner. Wipe the cloth over the entire couch, including the cushions. The conditioner protects and restores oils to keep the leather material from drying out.
