How to Remove Old Stickers From Furniture
- 1). Set your hairdryer on a low setting. Hold the hairdryer a few inches above the sticker. Move the hairdryer in a back-and-forth motion.
- 2). Pull the edge of the sticker gently off the furniture. If you meet resistance, apply more heat with the hairdryer.
- 3). Wipe the furniture clean with a damp cloth.
- 1). Saturate a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol. Rub the stickers with the rubbing alcohol until the sticker is thoroughly saturated.
- 2). Allow the rubbing alcohol to soak into the sticker for five minutes.
- 3). Use a plastic paint scraper to gently scrape the sticker off the furniture. Wipe the sticker residue with the saturated cotton ball.
- 4). Rinse the furniture by wiping with a damp cloth.
- 1). Dip the corner of a cloth into olive oil. Rub the sticker with the cloth until it is thoroughly saturated.
- 2). Let the oil soak into the sticker for five minutes.
- 3). Scrub the saturated sticker with your fingernail until the sticker comes off. Wipe the area clean with a damp cloth.
