    Aspen Social Club

    • The Aspen Social Club is owned by the Brier Group and is located on the premises of the Stay Hotel at New York City's famed Times Square. The club was designed by Lewis + Dizon Design and features the works of both local and international artists.

The club offers "comfort food with a Colorado" flair created by Chef Adam Ross; food is served on tapas-style plates to encourage sharing among guests. The club's bar menu includes top-shelf tequilas and both custom and traditional cocktails. One such drink is the Biff, which is a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream and Chivas Regal. It's on the menu in honor of former Aspen resident and American icon Hunter S. Thompson.

    Providence

    • According to "Time Out New York," Providence's "main claim to fame" is its themed Saturday nights called Club 57, a "gay dance party (with A-list DJs, top performers and hot go-go boys) that's been going strong since early 2009."

The club has historical significance in New York. It began as the Manhattan Baptist Church until it was converted into a recording studio in the 1960s. During its tenure as Media Sound Studios, internationally famous artists such as the Rolling Stones, Frank Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Wonder recorded music in the building. To honor this history, Providence hired the artist collaborative known as George H. Potter to design modern interpretations of some of the most famous album covers from musicians who used the studio.
