• The Sheraton Universal is so close to Universal Studios that it's practically located inside the park's walls. Like the park and its adjacent CityWalk, the Sheraton Universal is built into the side of a Hollywood hill, just below the attraction. • The Renaissance Hollywood offers a variety of luxury accommodations, not to mention Universal Studios packages. The hotel can be pricey, running more than $200 a night in some instances. Hollywood on a Budget

• There are plenty of reasonably priced hotels and motels that are close to Universal Studios. However, some parts of Hollywood can be seedy after dark, so you want to stick with accommodations located along main thoroughfares, such as Sunset Boulevard.
