Foodies and wine aficionados will want to place this event on their must-do calendar for 2015. The Savor Dallas food and wine festival is celebrating its 11th year this year. The event, which is set for March 19 through March 22, 2015, will be the ultimate toast to the city’s vibrant culinary scene and epicurean culture.

Under the dynamic new direction and management of CrowdSource, the reimagined and enriched four-day festival will unite winemakers, restaurateurs, and top chefs with wine collectors, craft enthusiasts and lovers of exquisite food during a series of upscale events that cater to discerning palates.

A robust collection of more than 200 premier wines, spirits and beer will be paired with tastes from dozens of the city’s most respected chefs and dining destinations, along with entertainment and other decadent surprises, indulging attendees with the distinctly elevated experience of Savor Dallas 2015.

Savor Dallas kicks off with the Dallas Arts District Wine Stroll on Thursday, March 19, a feast for the senses amid the backdrop of America’s largest contiguous urban arts district. Savor the Arboretum on March 20 offers a laidback sampling experience at sunset at the city’s world-class botanical gardens. Wine and culinary seminars and winemaker dinners, hosted throughout the four-day festival, emphasize intimate and unique interactive experiences led by sommeliers and highly acclaimed chefs.

On March 21, The Reserve Tasting at The Women’s Museum in Fair Park—the festival’s most exclusive event—features the highest level of wines, collectors’ spirits and craft beer, as well as an intimate silent auction benefiting causes that support the homeless and the hungry in North Texas.

The Reserve sets the stage for The Grand Tasting at Centennial Hall in Fair Park, the expansive headlining event of the festival, also on March 21, with gourmet fare from the area’s top chefs and restaurants along with fine wine, spirits and beer, live entertainment and more.
“Savor Dallas is a signature event for our city. The 2015 festival will offer consumers an elevated social experience encompassing the best flavors of the city, while celebrating fine wine and the art of both craft cocktails and beer—all taking place at some of Dallas’s most notable cultural and culinary destinations,” says Alison Draper, President and General Manager, CrowdSource. “We couldn’t be more excited to execute the bold vision we have for 2015 and beyond, which will make Savor Dallas a destination festival for years to come and show the nation the progressive spirit of the city.”
Tickets go on sale Friday, January 9 and will be offered in a variety of packages, ranging from à la carte options to all-access packages.
